She brings chartered construction expertise and experience across social housing, commercial and high-end residential work. That combination gives Lucy a practical understanding of the pressures organisations face and the people, communication and delivery disciplines required to create lasting improvement.
As a Belbin Accredited Practitioner, Lucy also uses Team Role profiling where it will help people understand contribution, strengthen working relationships and build more effective teams. Belbin is one of the specialist tools she can draw on, rather than a fixed solution for every client.
